TECHNICAL SREENING PROCESS Screening staff – Qualification and Experience. Our office in Indonesia is managed by Staff who is the selection process and office operations are assistant by adequate staff force. Out of the applications received for the job, the candidates will be short listed. The short listing process it self is being done after carefully doing the job analysis and converting into task analysis which will be used for job listing. With these instruments the candidates are short listed. The objective gives direction to the job analysis as well as the job, and the list of tasks gives substances to the objective. An objective in a job analysis consists of what a person in that position has to accomplish. These, with the requirement he possesses and is expected to posses will help a long way to short list the candidates. Final Selection : Based on the performance of the candidate on subjective theoretical and practical tests, the screening professional make the appraisal of the candidate and evaluate the merits applicable to the candidate and rate them accordingly. As the candidates are screened only after first short listing and to short list the screened candidates will not take much time. As our company's branch is fully equipped with the required personnel for, and is directly involved in, selection of suitable candidates supported by trade test professional expert, the candidates are identified only after rigorous theoretical and practical test.
